When you add a booking, we store the structured details needed to keep it organized: hotel name, dates, city, room, price, and refund deadline.

If you forward a confirmation email, we process it to extract those fields. We do not treat the full raw email body as part of the product experience.

Your booking data is used to power the refundable-booking workflow: grouping overlapping bookings, surfacing deadlines, and sending reminders.

We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or unrelated resale.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

We do not use your booking data for advertising targeting.

We do not take automated action on your bookings.

The production website uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and understand which pages people use. It is cookieless and does not collect personal information or build cross-site profiles.

Analytics never receive your booking data.

You can delete any booking in your account at any time. Deleting it removes that booking from the active workflow.

Contact us if you need help removing your data from the beta.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Rueless uses standard database and session protections for signed-in users.

No system is perfect, but the security posture will continue to harden as the product matures.
